We recently changed our credit card processing and secure shopping cart to allow the use of PayPal or credit cards. You can use this Secure Shopping Cart and pay using you credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. We selected PayPal for their industry-leading security, fraud prevention measures and one-of-a-kind method of keeping your financial information private.

With our secure processing by PayPal, you’re protected against unauthorized payments. PayPal sends an email confirmation of every account transaction. If you receive confirmation of a transaction you don’t recognize, PayPal’s 24/7 customer support team will help you sort out the situation.

What is "Card ID" and why do I need it when I place my order with AA Communications?

Due to the amount of credit card fraud over the internet, banks now require this information to process credit card orders online. Your benefit is that it prevents any fraudulent charges using your credit card, i.e. no one can pick up an old receipt of yours and use that information to fraudulently use your credit card. You will need to enter this number after you enter your credit card number. Thanks for your cooperation.

6 Month Exchange Warranty:
AA Communications will exchange or repair any defective refurbished phone and charger purchased from AA Communications within 6 months of original shipment. In the event that AA Communications is unable to repair the phone, a replacement of same model will be made. If the identical unit is unavailable, AA Communications will replace it with any unit of equal current market value. Current Market Value is the current price AA Communications has established for the identical unit originally purchased. Current Market Value may change without notice. AA Communications will only replace those parts sent in. Any missing accessory or part may result in a decrease in replacement value. All refused or out-of-warranty product will be returned to the customer at their own expense. AA Communications warranty only applies to its original customer. Batteries are warranted for 60 days. Return Authorization RA numbers will be given to a consumer for all items returned; RA numbers are $9.96 ($0.01 plus $9.95 shipping and handling) and are available on our order page web site. The customer is responsible for the shipping expense for retuned phones. AA Communications is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from exercise of this limited warranty.

Due to the nature of electronics all return phones must be bench tested and reprogrammed, Electronics Serial Number ESN tracked and recorded. Returned cellular phones after 5 days are subject to a $9.95 restocking charge. There will be no restocking charge if you cancel your order within 5 days. (We understand a few of our valued customers find their cell phones shortly after they place an order). We ship phone orders within 1 day after receiving the orders.

We offer “AA” stock and “A” stock electronically remanufactured phones that meet manufacturer's factory specifications.

“AA” stock (like new) remanufactured phones are cosmetically refurbished to replace worn parts, backs, lens and faceplates. Batteries are new. "AA" Stock phones include STUFFBAK®, a lifetime loss protection and recovery service. Confidential ID labels combined with StuffBak's return service make it easy (and compelling!) for Good Samaritans, lost & found personnel and police departments to return these lost or stolen items.
